A Hot Mess or a Gold Mine?

Today I’m doing a 5 Point Inspection, which means the client only asked me to look for major issues in the house. When performing and inspection like this the best advice is to stay calm and try to focus on big ticket items. The buyer expected bad news when they ordered this inspection, luckily not all of it was bad. We ran in to termites, mold, gas leaks, drainage issues, and an inoperative HVAC.
