Our inspectors use thermography technology, an infrared imaging and measurement camera used to see and measure the thermal energy given off by an object. The infrared camera is a non-invasive way of monitoring and diagnosing the condition of a building.
It gives us immediate high-resolution thermal imagery, revealing potential structural issues, moisture issues, energy efficiency, and even rodent and pest discovery. Thermal imaging is included with our inspections at no extra charge.

I had an excellent experience with Brendan Hirshey and A-Action Home Inspection Group for my new construction home inspection. Brendan was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process.
What stood out most was the level of detail in his inspection. He took the time to carefully evaluate the major systems and construction details of the home and identified several items that I would not have known to look for on my own, including roofing and flashing concerns, drainage issues, HVAC and ductwork items, electrical concerns, irrigation problems, and a shower enclosure leak. His report was clear, well documented, and included helpful photos that made it easy to understand exactly what needed attention.
I also appreciated that Brendan did not overstate issues or create unnecessary alarm. He explained what he found in a straightforward and professional way, which made it much easier for me to prioritize what truly needed to be addressed before closing versus normal punch-list items.
I had also used A-Action earlier in the construction process, so having continuity from the pre-drywall stage through the final inspection was incredibly valuable. It gave me much more confidence going into closing and helped me have a more informed conversation with my builder.
For anyone purchasing a new construction home, I strongly recommend getting an independent inspection rather than relying solely on the builder’s process, and I would absolutely recommend Brendan and A-Action. The inspection was worth every dollar.

A-Action is certainly one of the pricer home inspection companies but I was very pleased with Bo's detailed historic home inspection. He was on time and throughly explained his findings both walking us through at the end of the day as well as providing a detailed report.
