Poor Instal Fiber Cement Siding

Today I performed a phase 2 home inspection for a client. I found several things wrong, but lets just take a look at the exterior siding installation. The builder's contractors failed to instal the fiber cement board siding completely water tight.This will cause major problems for the buyer down the line; I'm really glad he called us out before the property was completely finished.
