Today we got a phase inspection; I cannot express how important phase 2 inspections are. In today's industry the building companies are building houses so fast the city and their own builders can not follow up behind the contractors. This is why it is so important to hire a 3rd party inspector when you are purchasing a new build. We find items every time and I am sure it will never stop.
