Trendy Termite Condo

Today I’m headed to Robert’s inspection, a beautiful townhouse off of 610 west (a fancier part of Houston for you none natives). Robert found some pretty interesting things in this 2008 home. While it looks really nice on the inside, the outside revealed stucco damage and termite intrusion. This is a good video for First Time Home Buyers, Real Estate Professionals, and Home Inspectors.
